1. Keep bandage on overnight (at least 12 hours)

2. Remove the bandage carefully and wash your tattoo gently but thoroughly with soap and warm water in the shower. Do not re-bandage.

3. Be gentle with your new tattoo during the first week. Do not soak it, pick it or scratch it. Keep it clean and as dry as possible. If it gets wet during normal showering, pat it dry with a clean towel. Do not swim in the first week.

4. After a few days, when your tattoo is peeling and is dry and itchy, you may apply a thin layer of unscented moisturizer or tattoo cream a couple times daily. Don't overdue it.

5. Avoid sun exposure or tanning beds for at least 2 weeks. Use SPF30 sunblock for any prolonged exposure. This will better preserve your tattoo for years to come.

**You may apply a thin layer of bacitracin or polysporin ONLY if your tattoo appears infected: persistent soreness and redness, discharge and hot to the touch.

Some scabbing, flaking skin and or itchiness is perfectly normal.**

Free touch-ups, if required, within the first 3 months.
